Randy began his career in the oil and gas business in 1979 as a contract landman for Clayton Williams Energy while pursuing his Agriculture Economics degree at Texas A&M University. Having been raised on a ranch west of San Antonio and being from a pioneer south Texas ranching family it was a natural progression from ranching to the oil and gas business. He has managed his family’s oil and gas interest while forming Three Rivers Energy, Ltd. in 1991 which still operates today and holds various non operated working interest and mineral interest.
In 2001, Randy co-founded Ranch Minerals Ltd., a royalty and mineral acquisition company which has accumulated interest in 16 Texas counties under approximately 100,000 acres. In 2003 he co-founded Alamo Energy, Ltd. , a privately held oil and gas company that has generated, leased and sold drilling prospects, production and minerals in Texas, New York, Utah, Wyoming, Kentucky, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Colorado. Randy continues to oversee a family ranch and cattle operation in south Texas.
Randy has been active in the Boy Scouts of America as an Adult leader and included in the Order of the Arrow, scouting’s National Honor Society. He is also current Board member of The Petroleum Club of San Antonio.
Randy and his wife are multi-generation Texans who share a rich family history that they’ve passed along to their children.
ZANDRA DUKE, CMM

Zandra Duke is a certified Mineral Manager with over 25 years of business experience. Zandra has worked as a consulting mineral manager, an oil and gas operations assistant, and an oil and gas bookkeeper in privately held E&P companies.
Zandra works closely with oil and gas attorneys regarding purchase and sale transactions, lease negotiations, lease compliance, and title issues.
Currently, Zandra manages several substantial mineral estates and takes pride in developing relationships with numerous operators, often serving as the primary point of contact for properties in Texas and across the Southwest United States.
In her role with the company, Zandra also provides full service oil and gas bookkeeping to both non-op working interest and royalty interest owners including: revenue payment review, AFE and joint interest billing analysis, financial statements, audit preparation and interfacing with CPAs.
Zandra is a 6th generation Texan born and raised in Austin. She holds a B.S. Degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin where she graduated cum laude in 1997.
She and her husband share three 7th generation Texans.
